Moving houses

Well it's Official, I'm moving out of my home in Sacramento. I'm moving from this 1250 duplex where I pay 300 for my own room to a place that is 1200 where I will pay 200 for the garage. I am going to be able to build my own room which is what I'm really excited about. It's going to become a sound proof studio! I'm going to be able to practice singing late at night without getting Home Owner Association fines and notices to attend "court" for noise violations any more.

The plan: Get free carpet, cardboard, mattresses, coffee bean bags, and pvc pipe, wood pallets, nails, staple gun, and build the practice room of my dreams for as close to free as possible. Take the moving truck Saturday/Sunday and pick up as much free stuff as possible

The schedule: Currently on a trip to LA for thanksgiving, come back move into new house Saturday, leave Sunday/Monday/Tuesday on a business road trip to Los Angeles again. Come back and leave to Nashville, TN for business convention, back to Sacrament for 1-2 weeks to build room and then off to ___? for Christmas break.
I have a feeling it's not going to be done till next year.

But WHOO HOOO I'm excited about building a sound proof studio to sleep and practice in!!! Pictures to come when I move in!
